With the “welcome” we ask every one of you for your expectations and wishes, and give you the opportunity to present yourselves to the colleagues and trainers.  “Where are you from, where do you want to go?” Help us to get to know each other quickly. Later on, you will need more, and will have to rely upon trainers and colleagues 100%. To cope professionally with the training models, teams need to act reliably in both familiar and unknown situations.

Lecture or dialogue?


Repeating and consolidating the knowledge in a brief and committed dialogue – this is how most of our seminars start. Each of your questions is important to us, so do not be shy to let the trainers know if you are uncertain about something. Each of you is learning with different priorities: words, images, experience – with our support you will find the best way. If there is one thing that our trainers certainly have, it is patience and perseverance.

 

Factual questions and questions of meaning


Together with our trainers, we will let you take part in the selection of methods and models of learning. You will be thoroughly informed about all relevant factual questions concerning the selection and provision of the elaborate training models. We will provide you with all the necessary background information on ethics and law. Please ask your questions; we will be happy to share knowledge and experience with you.

 

Plenty of variety and concentrated peace and quiet


You decide upon the intensity and speed of the training in the dialogue with your trainers. You will always act in groups that are hardly larger than the teams you are used to in your everyday work. Success, errors and mistakes usually occur together, especially in learning and training. Our trainers take the time to give you comprehensive feedback in personal conversation. We also want to make it possible for you to have the experience of being at your limits, particularly in the learning with realistic models. For our trainers, the passing-on of their own experience and skills is a a matter dear to their hearts.

 

Your judgement counts


 

At the end of every seminar, we take the time to make an overall evaluation with you. With a standardised evaluation form, you evaluate each of your trainers, the team of Medizin im Grünen and important suppliers. Finally, we listen to each of you, because we want to find out what you, personally, have gained at the end of the seminar.

We will send you all results of the evaluation of your seminar promptly, supplemented by numerous opinions of your fellow participants and pictures of the seminar. Also included in this is a direct comparison of your seminar with all the previous ones. You will find all of this information - in full and available to everyone - on our website in the rubric Quality Monitor.
